Shipping Time / Delivery Time

All items will be shipped out within 9 business day after payment received.

Items will be shipped from China . Delivery time may vary due to different countries, public holidays, customs issues, logistic arrangements, etc. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated.

Usually, it takes 20-45 days, If quick, it will arrive within 25 days, If slow, it will arrive within 45 business days. This will depend on the post office & customs Efficiency in different country. If you have not received your shipment within 45 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Replacement/Exchange

We fully guarantee our items. All items are in brand new condition unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the description.

All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be pre-authorized. Please contact us to get a RMA number and returning address before sending the item back.

In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
