Type S thermokoppel is de PtRh30-Pt6 thermokoppel, het ook gebruikt als een temperatuur zender, in algemene, type S thermokoppel is verbonden met de display instrument, opnemen instrument en computer door SC compensatie kabel. Het kan direct worden gemeten temperatuur van het gas, vloeistof, smelten vloeibare en vaste oppervlak in verschillende productieproces. Nu de type B thermokoppel hebben drie vormen: montage thermokoppel, ommanteld thermokoppel, montage en omhulde gecombineerd thermokoppel.
