HMC472 is a wideband 6-bit digital attenuator with an attenuation range of 0~31.5dB and a typical step error of ±0.25dB. It adopts QFN surface mount package, single power supply 5V power supply, operating frequency range DC to 3.8 GHz, insertion loss is lower 2.0 dB (typical value), IIP3 is +54 dBm, suitable for various RF and IF applications.

(2) Maximum power of input signal: 20dBm
(3) Attenuation factor and step length: The attenuation factor is 0~31.5dB, and the step length is 0.5dB.
(4) Insertion loss: less than 2.0dB.
(5) Attenuation control interface: one is manual adjustment control through the 6-position pin header on the board;
(6) Input and output impedance: 50Ω.
(7) Power supply: the typical value is +5V, and the maximum value cannot exceed +7V.
